By addressing and changing physical habits, it helps combat the everyday physical stresses caused by hunching over desks, computers, and smartphones. Whether you would like to gain confidence in public speaking or feel less stressed at the end of the day, this course will offer some practical help from the Alexander Technique to bring some ease into your daily life.
