What you'll take away: basics of the AT awareness principles and ability to begin to apply them on your own, improved mechanics of everyday movements: sitting, standing, walking, bending

Jump Start Your Habit Change

12 lessons/ $800

2x/ week for 6 weeks OR

2x/ week for 1-2 week(s), then weekly

I have a history of injury or postural issues I'd like to work on specifically or am facing an especially stressful period right now.

We'll answer: your questions on "what IS good posture?" or how to find beneficial alignment for yourself. We will go more in-depth on applying the Alexander Technique to situations that challenge your most (for example, at work, diving, or sitting) or those activities that you most enjoy and want to stay active to do. We will work directly on how to get the most benefit out of your meditation/ mindfulness/ exercise/ walking practice and reinforce how to take care of yourself while taking care of your other responsibilities.

Includes: email/ text support between lessons, referral to relevant resources and reading. Also: a customized audio or video recording for home study.


Habit Shift Intensive

I'm a deep thinker who likes to learn at my own pace. I'd like to make long-term change to my movement habits, balance, or overall level of tension and know that by regular reinforcement of positive new habits, I will make the breakthrough I need.

24 lessons over 5-6 months/ 5 monthly payments of $325

Includes: email/ text support between lessons, referral to relevant resources and reading. A customized audio or video recording for home study. Photo or video before/ after analysis of posture & movement.

Poised & Powerful for Speech Preparation

I specifically have a presentation or speech to prepare and want to gear my learning towards the goal of communicating clearly, with confidence and presence. I'm knowledgeable on my subject matter, but I'm not sure how much I should move onstage, what to do with my hands, or how to stand up straight without being stiff.

We will work on:

-How to work with your mindset in the moment to deal with jitters or performance anxiety.

-Using your body language to communicate your message.

-Supporting breathing so you can speak and be heard.

-How to rehearse and how to prepare before speaking.

-Fluid movement so you can stand, walk, and move onstage with ease and grace. Work with high heels if needed.

Do I need to commit to a package?

Not at all! Let's begin with 1 or 2 lessons - if you enjoy working with me and the method of the Alexander Technique, I will pro-rate your package from there.

I'm a student/ artist/ freelancer and would love to do this but am not sure how to fit it into my budget. What is the best plan for me to learn?

I'm passionate that knowledge of the Alexander Technique should be available to anyone who needs it! Sliding scale is an option for your situation - let's discuss over email or through a phone consultation before we start working together.
