A gentle movement workshop with hands-on help!
I will share with you my go-to moves for keeping you relaxed, focused, and comfortable during pregnancy and postpartum. This will be a guided relaxation practice followed by a simple movement sequence. I will then give some practical guidance for any movements you want some help on doing with more ease, such as: sitting, bending, picking up your baby, walking, or even pumping!
Taught by Sarah Mayhan, teacher of self-care practices of alignment and movement through method of Alexander Technique (AmSAT-1600hr certified). "I love teaching people to feel more at home in their bodies."
